Simple Lists and its developer take your privacy very seriously. Beyond the information Apple provides to developers that you can decide to share.
Simple Lists uses no third-party analytics or advertising frameworks.
Simple Lists logs no information about you and has no interest in doing so.
Simple Lists does not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your data.
By downloading or using Simple Lists, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Use of Simple Lists is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA for apps.
Simple Lists offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium features (“Unlimited”).
Subscriptions are managed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Tips provided in Simple Lists do no unlock any additional content in the app and do not renew.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
